Seating

The Seating Service at the Glenrose is a team of interdisciplinary health care professionals who work in close collaboration with its clients and caregivers. The team assesses physically disabled people with complex seating needs and provides them with a seating system that accommodates individual problems and improves the quality of their lives. The team members are committed to excellence in their service delivery by: creating an atmosphere of respect and trust, continually updating their knowledge and skills; educating their clients, caregivers and other health care professionals; providing quality workmanship; developing specialized seating components; engaging in research to advance knowledge in Adaptive Seating.
