School Health Injury Prevention Resource Manual

As part of the Million Messages Campaign within Capital Health, KIDSAFE Connection and Community Health Services worked together to create a School Health Resource. This resource was designed to support the Program of Studies for Health and Life Skills, in the area of Safety and Responsibility (Kindergarten to Grade 9) within the Capital Health Region.

Following the Implementation Guide developed by Alberta Learning, the School Health Resource Manuals were created to provide a stream lined listing of resources best suited to each learner outcome contained within the Program of Studies for Health and Life Skills. The final product contains contact and background information, costs associated with each resource and samples, where applicable.
