Did you know ... after June 30, 2009 there will be new ways to help you with your child safety seat. Inspection clinics at fire stations will no longer occur.
Suggestions to help you:
• Read the instruction manual for your child safety seat
• Read owners manual for your vehicle (look under
“child safety restraint” in the index)
• Fill out the ‘Take the Yes Test’ self checklist at
www.capitalhealth.ca/kidsafe
• Order a free DVD (Kids that Click) from Safe Kids
Canada which shows correct installation and use of child safety seats. This is available at www.safekidscanada.ca
or by calling1-888-723-3847
• To help trouble shoot call your local Health
Centre. Please don’t drop in as the trained staff may not be there.
