  • 1D1 Pediatric Ambulatory Clinics
    The General Pediatrics Clinic is a teaching clinic that provides primary, secondary and consultative pediatric medical care, addressing general health care issues / medical problems and those particular to different age groups i.e. infants and toddlers, children, youth and adolescents. These include acute medical concerns, monitoring and follow-up of identified health concerns, health maintenance care, growth and development, school, sexuality, family problems, etc.

    Pediatric Plastic Surgery provides restoration, reconstruction, correction or improvement for children who have congenital or acquired problems with body structures such as the head and neck, trunk and limbs.
  • Pre/Same Day Admission Clinic
    Operating as part of the Pediatric Surgery Program, the Pre-Admission/Same Day Admission Clinic prepares children for surgical procedures, which may or may not require post-procedure hospital admission. Services include medical examination, consultation e.g. with Pediatric Anaesthetist or other Pediatric Specialists, diagnostic testing and pre-procedural instruction.

    The Pediatric Surgical Program of the Stollery Children's Hospital is a comprehensive program that includes the Pre-Admission / Same Day Admission clinic, surgical clinics, pediatric operating rooms and surgical inpatient beds. The program provides services to children from the Capital Health region, as well as throughout Northern Alberta, Saskatchewan, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories.

    The Family Room at the Stollery Children¿s Hospital offers a quiet environment with a place to relax, take care of personal business and learn more about childhood diseases and conditions and community resources.

    Pediatric Urology provides assessment, intervention, education and follow-up for children with problems related to the urinary tract, such as urinary tract infection (UTI), vesicoureteral reflux (reflux), enuresis (wetting), incontinence (inability to control passage of urine).
