Capital Health is proud to be the Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke Affiliate to the Canadian Health Network (CHN), a national, non-profit, bilingual website that offers 20,000+ resources on healthy living, and disease and injury prevention.
The CHN team at Capital Health is responsible for managing a credible, up-to-date collection of information pertaining to heart disease and stroke. The team accomplishes this in partnership with leading cardiovascular disease and stroke organizations and experts across the country.
Through this partnership, Capital Health is recognized as a national leader in cardiac research, education and care while contributing to an outstanding collaboration between Canadian healthcare organizations – one of the most dynamic and comprehensive networks in the world.
