Farmers' Markets
Farmers' Market means a food establishment whose proposed operation has been approved by the Minister responsible for agriculture as an approved farmers' market program under the administration of that Minister's department. (Food Regulation, AR 31/2006, Section 1(o))
Pursuant to the Food Regulation (AR31/2006), Environmental Public Health Services works with Farmers' Markets Managers and Vendors to ensure food safety.
